The hospital is able to fund its daily operational expenses by providing quality medical care to middle class city dwellers who travel from 1 to 8 hours to receive health care based on integrity and concern for the individual. Salaries for foreign staff are from overseas, as are equipment donations. | |

Patients pay in cash, based on a three tiered billing system. The lowest tier receives a mixture of deeply discounted and nearly free care, while the highest tier pays market price for their care. Each month, the hospital subsidizes this patient class for a value of 10%-20% of its total income. | |
